Hi:

I also was on 10116 over the weekend. QRP QSO from a
20m hamstick with 5ft extension to the mid US from Vancouver Island while resting on a recumbent trike.

The setup doesn't get much more inefficient than that but as Mark said when "other guys are on the air' is the key!!
