I replaced the 470 and still nothing. Like I told Joe, I think I will breadboard it again but next time give myself more room. Looking at examples of xtal osc. in w1fb's design notebook, pg.33 fig.2-13b, the output is from the emitter. The diagram for the cpr/mon shows the output coming from the collector....wonder if I should try some switching....tnx for the feedback Rob...hey, don't I know you? 72 Neil |
