Sunspots, the bottom ?

Subject:  Sunspots, the bottom ?

We are into our 3rd week with zero sunspots.

Does anyone care to hazard a guess or informed opinion as to whether this means we are at the bottom ? I have not been active in previous sunspot cycle bottoms.
