Hiram, I think you ought to reconsider your claim that the ARRL doesn't care about QRP. Ed Hare W1RFI is one the biggest and best friends of QRP ever. The ARRL website has QRP articles all the time, kits from Small Wonder Labs have been on the cover of QST, kits from Elecraft and Hendricks Kits have been reviewed and shown in their full glory in the pages of QST, to say the ARRL has no interest in promoting QRP is simply wrong.
