The ARRL has no interest in promoting QRP. It does not put money into the coffers of their biggest supporters, notable Icom, Yaesu, Kenwood and SCS. As for contests, only those with the large, multiop, multitransmitter super stations are worthwhile to them. Again, more advertising income.

When are people going to realize that ARRL no longer represents the Radio Amateur, but only its own interests?
