When is ARRL going to get a clue about contesting/QRP?

Subject:  When is ARRL going to get a clue about contesting/QRP?

Right now on the ARRL site is a survey about one of ARRL's favorite contests the IARU HF World Championship. So far 75% have said that they could care less about it. I think that contesting needs to be totally worked over a rearraged and I have sent ARRL e-mails about it and they in turn have been very rude to me. I mentioned that on the 1st weekend in February there are about 25 contests going and that there are other weekends when absolutely nothing is shaking and during the frozen cold months when a a lot of hams would like that sort of thing. ARRL use to have interesting sidelines and events with awards and these have vanished. Do you think contesting should be updated? here on ARCI Jeff does an outstanding job with contests all year long.
