Hi All,

Salmoncon II will take place this coming weekend, 6 through 9 July 2007, at Deception Pass State Park, in Washington State.

First operation of K7S, the specialty station callsign assigned to the PNW QRP Group for this event, will take place sometime in the afternoon of Friday the 6th. It is planned that K7S will be QRV near the QRP calling frequencies (CW and SSB) during the weekend, but will "hunt and pounce" when activity slumps.

If you live near enough to join us physically, we would very much enjoy having you stop by. We will congregate around campsites 284, 285, and 286, in the Bowman Bay section of Deception Pass State Park, on Whidbey Island in Washington State.

If you can't make it physically, then look for us on the air. Hope to see or hear you.
