The Carroll County Amateur Radio Club is doing an all-QRP Field Day, here's a rundown, from the site:

• We will be running at least three HF CW rigs.
N3SB and N3WM have volunteered as CW Station Captains.
Elecraft K2s have been committed for all three operating positions.
• We will be running at least two HF Digital rigs.
K3KWO and N8PK have volunteered as Digital Station Captains.
An IC-703 and a PSK-20 have been committed.
• We will have at least one HF Phone rig.
W3JJH has volunteered as the Phone Station Captain.
An Argonaut V has been committed.
• We will have at least two VHF/UHF stations.
N3III (CW) and KB3GHE (Phone) have volunteered as Station Captains.
A pair of FT-817s has been committed.
• We will be operating W3MDC as a GOTA station.
WB8YYY has volunteered as one of the GOTA Coaches.
An Index Lab QRP+ has been committed
• The following jobs are still open:
VHF/UHF Station Captains for the 15 min category push
Phone rigs for 2 m, 1.25 m, 70 cm, and 23 cm have been committed.
Additional HF CW, Digital, and Phone Station Captain(s)
• We will be doing something new (and unofficial) this year. We’ll have an extra operating position called GIOTA which stands for Get It On The Air. There are lots of simple QRP rigs that are fun to use but not really contest-quality radios in the same league as a K2 or Argonaut V. This position will be a place to play with these rigs on bands and modes that are not being covered by the main stations. For example, if the CW guys are working 80, 40, and 15, we might fire up a TenTec Powermite on 20 m.
The following rigs have been committed for GIOTA: Elecraft K1 and KX1, Heathkit HW-9, MFJ-9315, Norcal 2030, TenTec 1340 and Powermite 3A, and a Tuna Tin 2. Other rigs, including homebrew and canoe anchors, are welcome!
• Supper will be served at about 6 pm of Saturday. Coffee and bagels will be available for Sunday breakfast. Snacks and drinks will be available from setup through tear down. And the coffee pot will run 24/7.
