Below is what I posted (awaiting moderation) to the
regular QRP-L this morning.
"Well, as a non-member of this group - no technical stuff or minimal technical qrp items and a lot of FCC and ARRL bashing,I chose to join the new QRP-L.org for its technical content. There has already been more technical and operating items there in the past
week or so that I have been a member than has appeared here in months.
If Jim will allow this to pass to the group, it will provide reasons why the other list may be preferred. And tho some say it is for personal
recognition on the part of some, I don't think so - it is just we want to see qrp related items; antennas, band conditions, rigs, modifications,station info, etc.
