QRP-L has nothing to do with QRP-ARCI it is a completely independent list.

There is no one here at QRP ARCI who has any connection at all with QRP-L other than as list subscribers.

You have posted to QRP-F. That is the QRP ARCI forum. Clearly as your post was listed you are not under any kind of moderation.
