Y'all,

Sittin' here listening to a Jack McDuff CD I forgot I had & watchin' the charge timer on the brand new FT-817ND click away. My eldest shocked me into a sailor-french cussin' fit givin' it to me Christmas morning.

Maybe there is a Frank.

Like all things with few buttons & too many options, it's taken me nearly three days of reading & fiddlin' to get to the point where I'm lookin' forward to a beach vacation. Or a road trip. Putting THIS in the car will be way easier 'n the '706 & the AH-4.

Yeah, I could almost believe: maybe there is a Frank.
