I don't have a good way to help you with the rig but I can help with QRP-L. I have requested a complete list by callsign of all those now on qrp-l. From that you might be able to see if you are now signed up and how. If that doesn't work, I will request a complete list with email addresses. It may be that you are subscribed under another email address.

Finally, I suspect you have tried the ARCI web page dealing with QRP-L? It has several ideas and ways to do things. Once I get the list, I will send it to you or post it on the web site and advise here.
