I think you can squezze out about 5 Watt's
I remember to have an article how to get out 5Watt's
out of the SW-20 , and these Kits have the same PA.
My only experience is: replace the small PA-out Filter cap's
to polystorol-caps . They are bigger but gave my some .5 Watt's.
