I recently purchased a pre-assembled 20 meter OHR 100A which cost me an extra $75 for the assembly, which I gladly paid because of my time considerations, and I have built several rigs during my 55 years of being a ham. The transmitter puts out a clean 4 or 5 watts and the receiver is extremely stable and has very sharp selectivity. I have made quite a few contacts on 20 meters mobile using a hustler antenna with good reports, considering I am QRP. I was very surprised that about 90 percent of the time when I answer a CQ, they come back and we can have a pleasant chat. My only complaints are having to constantly change the gain control, due to lack of a good AGC, and the rig has no internal speaker, and I do not like using headphones. Overall, I am happy with the OHR100A due its excellent sensity, selectivity and stability.
