I've got a POQET Plus and, though I think I'm following instructions, am unable to format a 16MB compact flash memory card (in a Type II PCMCIA adpater)

I run the PQSS, PQCCU, and PQCARD executables, then FORMAT A:, but no joy.

Any helpful suggestions? Or might someone vounteer to format it for me in their unit. I'll pay the postage both ways.
