The Harbor Freight punch....Does anyone know the stock number? I found something, but am not really sure it is the unit being used to make round manhatten pads. The one I found is #37504 at $14.99 ea. Is this the right unit?

I want to get one of these, but don't want one that doesn't work. Help please!
