The best QRP magazine is the QRP quarterly, its a great magazine, ARRL has some QRP books too. Welcome to the world of QRP, its a lot of fun. I am not a true hard core QRPer, I operate 50% qrp and qro. Many of the qrpers operate qrp only.

Start hanging around 14.060 and 7.060, I and others can be monitoring there 24/7 and the contests are my favorite.
