I think you mean that when the PS is cut on first before the rig, and then the rig is cut on, you can only get 2.5 w. At least that is what I found. Then I accidentally found a 'cure'. Cut on the rig 1st, set the rig to 5 w out, and then cut on the PS. The rig will then continue to put out 5 watts. Is that what you mean? Works on my rig. TDR
