Just mailed my check for membership in. I have been inactive as an op for a long time and never been on QRP. I need a sorce that will explain the entire QRP thing, Is there an ARRL hand book for QRP perhaps?(I do not get QST or any of the Ham mags). Any/all suggestions will be appreciated
