Basically the difference between a 10W and a 100W transmitter would be only a few s-units. But it will be a few s-units. Probably of more importance would be the band choice and antenna efficiency. Altitude would probably not be an issue, however a dipole (even a trailling half wave wire) would exhibit side lobes.
