Knew what it was from the description. Yellow, and hand-crank operated would have done it!
You didn't mention that it switches between 500kHz and 8364kHz, and is manually keyed if desired.
Saw ads for the whole smash in Kiting Magazine. Natch, included the kite in a tube container. Would like to get the kite someday in decent condition. Came with repair kit, BTW. Kite same color as rig!
Saw rig at a hamfest, kid was doing the crank thing. Told him it may not be the best thing to do for certain reasons!
