I have a large quantity of what I understand to be MRF-476 equivalents. This is a npn power transistor used in some of the Demaw designs in QRP classics etc. I have used these in several transmitters and got good output at 7mhz. think they are also used in the HW-8 type rigs. Not an electrical engineer and am not sure how good these are at higher frequencies. If any body has a need for them, they are $1.00 each plus shipping and satisfaction guarenteed or money back. Includes a pin out drawing. 73 Bill W9VC
