I still think there is something wrong when a Ham, who has supposedly passed a "technical" exam, has to ask the saleperson at HRO to program his new HT, or is unable to read and understand the Instructions with an HF Rig. Apparently you do not see a problem, but would prefer to put YOUR "head in the sand" That's fine.
