Thank you for your totally off-topic bashing of newcomers. Hams don't build kits anymore? Hmmm... T-Kit (Ten Tec), Electraft, OHR, SWL, Mizuho, Emtech, etc... are in business exactly how? Fifty years ago many hams bought Collins, Drake, Hallicrafters, Hammerlund, etc... equipment off the shelf. Today it's Kenwood, Yaesu, Icom, Ten Tec, Alinco, etc... but most hams are doing exactly what they always did.

All those homebrew articles in QST, QRP Quarterly, SPRAT, etc... Nobody reads those, right? Nobody builds those things, right? All the construction questions on G-QRP and here are just for show?

John, you really miss the old QRP-L free-for-all, don't you?
