I was able to draw Jim, KJ5TF out with a CQ on 28060 kHz made with the hope of rising him, and we had a nice chat from 2111 to 2118Z. He was running 220 mW while parked in his mobile near Fayetteville, AR; but increased to 700 mW at the end of the contact. He reports having worked V47BY with his 200 mW mobile today. In his final transmission he indicated that he expects to do the same next Sunday afternoon. I hope Jim will provide a full report on his afternoon adventure with QRPp. In his words, "71".
