Many of those cards look vaguely familiar.
I'll simply HAVE to look through my dad's (W4MAI) DX QSLs from the 40s and 50s (again...it's always fun to do). One call I do remember, though not in the group of cards to which your link points...
Dad & I both worked Egon, 4X4RE (now SK). But our QSOs were SEVERAL decades apart...
I received a QSL from Egon and had it framed...worked him on 10 CW using my HW-9 several years ago.
