Copy here was rough, John was 339 or worse most of the time.

I tried 0100-0200 with no luck, then took a 30min. break. Back at it 0230, still no luck until 0251. I hear my call through the static & noise, copied 55... an N7 station starts calling CQ right over the FOX! ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I started sending QRL and realized I was sending UP 200Hz or so. Switch that off then start sending QRL busts over the CQ hoping the other station was in QSK and would hear, after he finished a few more QRLs for could measure. A thousand pardon's for the QRM I generated.

It gets worse... I keep trying and John calls me back about 0255. I muff the beginning of the exchange, then the RST, I keep sending 33 like a broken record. DUHHHAAAAAAAAAA! Again a thousand pardons for all who had to endure that.

My only excuse, Brain Death from 14 abysmal hours of SS.

I sent an apology note to John, he sent back that I made the log. Some consolation, but I still fell like I made the Dilbert top 10 inDUHvidual list.
