Looking at the schematic I have found the part number MRF1508T1. I can't find any reference to them anywhere. I've been to the Motorola web sight, but there is no reference to them there either. Can anyone give me a cross reference, or tell me where I can get these parts. ICOM has said they will no longer buy any more of these transistors. Thnx.
