I have a large quantity of transistorthat I believe to be equivalent to a MRF-476 or NTE-235 rf power transistor. this was an rf power amp used in cb radios. Parts are marked "Solid State Scientific Corp" #1214-4. Mrf-476 were used in a lot of the Demaw designs in his books and was used in the VXO transmitter described in qst classics. If any of the qrpers want to stock up, I can ship any reasonable quantity for $1.00 each plus shipping. My understanding is the MRF-476 is no longer available, and the nte-235 retails for about $6.00 73 Bill W9VC
