Yes, I do use whitelist filtering. If that offends some, please accept my sincerest apologies. However, to date it is the only effective mechanism--for me--to manage the 100 to 200 spam messages I receive a day (please, no recommendations on things like mailwasher, etc.--I am aware of them and this is currently the most effective for me, could change in the future, but for now, that's the way it is).

I do, however, check the "suspect" list (not blocked, but stopped, pending a decision to add or block) frequently, and respond immediately (when I can) to add requests.

John, I responded directly to your first email and added you to my address list. I also answered your post to the NOGAQRP list (to you directly, not to the list).

If you still have not gotten my responses (perhaps due to a spam blocker at your end?), the answer to your question was, yes, we take (and actually prefer) Microsoft Word documents.

BTW, my second note said that I liked your article, but wondered if you had a panoramic shot (or bigger image) of your shack...haven't heard back from you on that one--but rest assured, it will clear my spam blocker if you do respond... 8-)
