This is what makes the sound-card stuff work so well. That said, any WinCE machine with version 2 or better WILL do APRS, and there are versions for several of the processors these devices use. I personally would get the Libretto and use it for PSK-31 and WinAPRS instead, unless aprs is more important to you than psk31. 73 de Mike
