That station has been there a long time. It may
be originating from the GRU transmitter facility
in Cuba. The Enigma Group designator for this
broadcast is M8A, usually does one broadcast on
10.125 or 126, and a second one later on a different
frequency. And twice a week as I recall, with the
other sked on different freqs.
