When you look behind the scenes it is obvious that Jim (helped by his son) has put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into the building of this site.

This is the place where you can check your subscription status and renew/join online (quite an innovation when it was implemented several years ago).

You can order club goodies and back issues, check out the contents pages of QRP Quarterly, then there is QRP-F where many members have posted 'For Sale' notices or requests for information.

There are several megabytes of club information all pain-stakingly entered by hand, the sheer amount of data means that a lot of time is required to ensure that it is all current.

Jim's business commitments have now forced him to hand over the maintenance of the website. We all owe Jim a huge debt of gratitude for creating this site and giving me an excellent foundation on which to build.

I would personally like to thank Jim for the help and and encouragement he has given me recently.

Jim has promised to be around both as an elmer and critic for the many changes that are planned.
