Thanks for the Reply Bill...

It's doing (far) less than one watt output. No normal output on any band. No other noticeable symptoms. It goes to UPS tomorrow. Was your problem cold solder joints ONLY, or were there other issues too? AES says they have only had three (!!!!) of them come back so far, for a variety of reasons.

Grain of salt on that one.
