Bill, I send email to FCC.
I am one of a few who joined BPL experiment in Japan.
Without the true experience of hearing the BPL noise,
it is difficult to know how sad the terrible situation is.
The BPL system totally get the shortwave-band into a mess.
This is different from other artificial noise and S9++
unpleasant noise will last in rest of your life.
Can you operate QRP in this noisy condition ?
All other shortwave user oppose the BPL and
normally such stupid system can not be approved.
But we should know IT related industries have
differnt kind of momentum. It is important to
send e-mail to corresponding agency in all countries.
In Japan, public comments to minister that oppose to
the BPL reached more than 500, on the other hand
only a few from who agreed BPL.
