Please excuse the off-topic post fellows but we could use a little help in our BPL fight...

The United States Federal Communications Commission is accepting email comments on Docket 03-104, Broadband Over Power Line(BPL), worldwide.

Please visit the link below for instructions on how to do this.

Note:
Even though the recommended forms suggest giving a USA address, email comments from anywhere in the world are being accepted.
