I have a short to ground from collector of Q4. I have lifted C15/C16 plus C4/C3/D1/RFC5 and all check good with my LCR meter. Q3 also shows all 3 legs with short to ground. This is all with no voltage applied. I at first thought Q4 the final was bad, after replacement same condition exists. I am still checking. This is really strange!
