That is a recent update to their webpage. I understand that the problems, both the personal and business ones, have been on going for some time. Things have finally reached the point where they have realized they can no longer hold the business together.

It took a bit of effort but they finally did start answering my inquiries.

To solve the situation they shipped me the item (weeks after it was promised to be shipped) but it was the incorrect item, they then shipped me the right item, but to the wrong address, that did get corrected and I got my stuff. Mountain Ops told me to keep the mis-shipped items (thank you) and we are now even.

It took a lot of work and I am sorry to say that I had to finally make certain aspects of this public. Mountain-Ops did make other personal things public (see the yahoo group for details). But I felt I had no other choice and was given encouragement from other hams who had similiar but un-resolved experiences. I also heard from a couple of companies that had similiar problems.

I hope MO is able to sell the business and straighten out their personal problems. But in the mean time I really cannot reccomend them to anyone.
