I like to build and tinker with amateur radio electronics, however my CW skills are not too great and I don't have the time to sit around for hours trying to make a contact.

I'm wondering if there is any interest in running QRP beacons. I think that it would be interesting to set up a beacon station that transmits every 15 minutes or so, and receive signal reports via email. When time permits I could also scan the bands for beacons and also send signal reports to the owners via email.
The only web site related to QRP beacons that I could find is:

If anyone has any other information, or interested please email me at ab9bz@hotmail.com
