I'm guessing that you have been operating for a number of days. If so, I think your QSO count is a bit low. What material makes up the flat roof? Is there a great deal of metal? If so, your G5RV is probably functioning as if it is five feet above ground. I would check your feed line (coax?)and try to get the G5RV up higher. If that is not possible, try elevating the center above the roof and at the edge of the building and drop the ends to the ground for an inverted Vee. Another option is to put up a vertical with radials laying on the roof. Good Luck.
