I have used a 90 foot (plus or minus a few feet) wire antenna fed on the very end with a single wire using an inexpensive wire tuner for years. MFJ makes such a tuner. It works on all bands with zero swr. In fact I used this same antenna to run the Florida Amature Side Band Traffic Net on 75 meters for several years using high power. It works great. This is one option you may want to try.
