Unfortunately, contests seem to bring out the worst manners in some folk, and this weekend is a big RTTY contest. I would guess that some look at a piece of spectrum, and if there isn't anyone else there USING THEIR MODE, they think it's free and go at it.

FWIW, even the PSK guys are complaining about the encroachment of RTTY into THEIR subband.
