KA5TGP please note that the answers to your questions were originally presented in QRP ARCI QQ for Jan 2000. This North Georgia QRP club project also refrequencied the Sierra to use all computer crystals so as to keep the cost at a minimum. A more recent version is presented in the NoGa Compendium and a number have been constructed with good results. QSO's have been made on these rigs from 160 meters thru 6 meters. Got to the NoGa website for the compendium or look in the ARCI bookstore. It is available in both places in CD or paper.
