Hello all,

It's been a while since I had posted my one transistor
FM receiver to this forum and I thought that I would do it again, for those hobbyist who 'love those simple, yet astonishing projects!

I call it the 'Radio Shack Special', since all of the parts my be purchased there (Radio Shack) to ease the journey into getting all of the parts with minutes.

The heart of this little jewel is the MPF102....and yes, IT MUST BE AN MPF102...and Radio Shack does still
carry that particular N-FET Transistor!

Why should you build this as compared to other noticed on the internet:

1)The sensitivity cannot be matched!

2)The selectivity is unparalleled!

3)Coming from your headphones will be outstanding tonal quality!

4)With a 10 inch antenna...no more is needed!

5)This 12 component count in the receiver itself is unmatched to any other quality unit!

6)Read what Pedro....Dick....and Philip had to say about their Maiden Jounrey with the RSS!

When you get to our website (Pedro and I), just schroll down until you see the first project, and it will be entitled, "The Radio Shack Special Project"...then when you are finished looking over the complete plans...take a break and read what Pedro...Dick...and Philip has to say about their journey with the remarkable MPF102!

So, my friends, there you have it...I surrender this
unique project to those who love to dabble in the 'simplier' things in life!

a friend, Patrick

P.S. I do want to thank each and everyone for giving me the time to share this with the forum!
