search www.arrl.org using 'construction' or 'qrp', 'cw', 'ssb' .

The 1970 series of ARRL handbooks for easy to build rigs.

W1FB's QRP Notebook and QRP Power, both from the ARRL are very good.

Go to the FARR Cicuits web site for links to Ham projects and the circuit board.

Search the web, lots of great web sites with constuction articles.
