yes, packet works with me using a kpc3+
and built in Terminal software on the hp320lx
Terminal options : enter a phone number although not used (I entered 123456), select a Hayes compatible modem on COM1, and configure the modem for manual dial, 9600/8/n/1/hardware
I also had to make a cable adapter from the 9pin to 25pin on the kpc3+

Logging :
Using PocketDOS(demo version) on the HP320LX
I can run all DOS based logging and contesting
programs.
For APRS, tried APRS-CE : it transmits and receives
with the kpc3+, but no calls dispaly on the map,
if anyone knows how to do that , it would help
