I have an NCG 15M in excellent cosmetic and working condition. 10W high, 2W low, SSB/CW, on 15 meters only. The rig was basically designed for SSB mobile operation. CW requires manually changing from receive to transmit. The rig was made in Japan by National (Panasonic) and is a real little performer. $95 plus $10 shipping and insurance to anywhere in the US.
