I notice a lot of hams think they need a
"store bought" ant. I have had great results
with a home brew dipole on every band.
A great source of ant. wire is the pri. windings
of a dead microwave oven power transformer.
Just smash the welds with a hammer and then
tie one end of the winding (the thick wire)
to a tree and pull (this will add three or more
feet to the total length) It will come out to more than
u need for an 80 meter dipole.{130 ft+}
good luck
Ps. unplug the microwave before removing the transformer or u could end up on 11 meters forever!
