Want to do some really micro micro power QRP ? Might want to look at WOLF. Do a web search for WOLF and LowFer. You have consider with the antennas the fellows are using on VLF they are only radiating about 4 or 5 milliwatts with their 1 watt input and getting beacon reports out to 2000 miles.

Think what one could do on 40 meters with a decent antenna and a few microwatts.
