Subject:  PSK-20 low output

I'd appreciate help from anyone who's had problems with low output with the Small Wonder Labs PSK-20. I can get only about 1 w out with good looking IMD. Also, in the middle of the passband, which is about 2 KHz, output dips down to 500 mW. I've checked wattmeter accuracy (OK), rx and tx alignment (OK), and gone ahead and replaced the PA transistor(which turned out to be OK). I'm now about to replace the driver transistor and driver collector choke, per Dave's 11/11/01 alert on the SWL website. Any other ideas, though? Thanks.
